Important Information
Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. These are not included in your item or shipping cost. DHL may contact you to pay these charges before delivery.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping a returned package will be at the customer's expense.
Failed Deliveries: If you are unavailable, DHL will leave a notice with pickup instructions. Unclaimed packages returned to us will require a paid reshipment.
